The Hikvision mini dome (mobile) DS-2CD2543G2-IS camera is based on AcuSense technology , which uses Deep Learning algorithms to classify objects and thus filter false alarms from VCA events. The camera is equipped with a 1/3" 4Mpx Progressive Scan CMOS image sensor , which allows you to record video at a maximum speed of 25/30 fps in a resolution of 2688 × 1520 (4Mpx) . A major advantage of the DS-2CD2543G2-IS is its small, tight and impact-resistant housing, which perfectly blends into the surroundings without being conspicuous. The H.265 compression system means that the signal transmitted by the camera takes up less space on the recording medium (e.g. HDD or microSD card), which translates into effective protection and longer data storage time. The camera is equipped with a 2.8mm fixed-focus lens and an infrared illuminator with Smart IR diodes . Both of these systems provide a clear and legible image adapted to the prevailing lighting conditions. The device is also equipped with alarm connectors with the help of which we can connect the camera to the alarm network, audio connectors and a sensitive microphone , with which it is possible to record image and sound simultaneously and a card slot .

The camera  uses  Acusense  technology to  distinguish between objects appearing in the frame  (a person, a car or a small animal)  and filter out false alarms.  Small animals, moving leaves, rain or falling shadows do not trigger an alarm and  you only receive important notifications on your phone.

With the  privacy mask system  , you can easily specify parts of the image that you want to exclude from the visual preview, providing greater privacy control and  thus protecting privately sensitive areas (GDPR).

Extended Digital Dynamic Range D-WDR – this technology allows you to obtain clear, high-quality images in unfavorable lighting conditions.

D-WDR 130dB technology provides greater functionality compared to BLC. Underexposed objects in the image are brightened, while objects that are too bright are darkened. Thanks to this, all elements of the image are visible, even if there is significant contrast. The advantage of cameras equipped with the WDR function is  obtaining high quality images regardless of whether they are  used outdoors or indoors . A camera with the WDR function can work in places with strong sunlight without affecting the deterioration of the quality of the recorded image.

BLC/HLC function for controlling the reverse light

This technology  allows for the elimination of the effect that occurs when the camera is pointed towards a strong light source,  i.e. when the foreground becomes dark and illegible. Compensation consists in brightening the foreground, unfortunately also at the expense of the background, which also becomes brighter.

POE power supply

Power over Ethernet (PoE)  is a solution that enables easy and quick installation of network devices and convenient maintenance and modernization of the installation . Thanks to PoE in the 802.3af standard, the IP camera can be connected using a regular UTP computer twisted pair, which significantly simplifies the monitoring system and allows the camera to be placed anywhere, regardless of the mains power source.
