The Dahua IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW-0280B IP camera is a 4-megapixel bullet camera model in a sealed housing (IP67) with a Wifi module for wireless communication 

The Dahua 4 Mpx IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW-0280B camera  was designed for all outdoor applications.
